Mr. & Mrs. Wash will not take responsibility for laundry items bleeding, fading, shrinking or becoming altered or worn by the normal wash and dry laundry process. We will take precautions against problems. You agree that Mr. & Mrs. Wash may refuse to wash an item and return the item back to you unwashed with a note explaining why the item/items weren't washed. If we think the item may damage another item or if we think the item might damage itself we may not wash the item. Mr. & Mrs. wash assumes no responsibility for items labeled HANG DRY/DRY FLAT, HAND WASH, DRY CLEAN ONLY, DO NOT USE HEAT or any other special instructions. Maximum liability assumed by Mr. & Mrs. wash is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) payable within 45-60 days (NOT PER ITEM)
